Kevin and his team are extremely professional and are definitely built around making their clients a priority. I have personally used Floridian First Realty for several years now, most recently purchasing two homes in the last year. In all instances, I have found that they are a pleasure to work with. Kevin does all the research to find exactly what you're looking for, sets up all the appointments, and is always very punctual! He was always very informative through the walkthroughs and always had print outs available for each property and their specs for that day of house hunting. He always answered our phone calls and/or emails. And if for whatever reason he was unavailable at that moment, he would always make sure to call back promptly. They are the real deal at Floridian First Realty and have always had my best interest in mind as a client. Honest and upfront about everything. They are my goto for anything real estate related here in South Florida. Highly recommend!
