Miami based Floridian First Realty, is pleased to announce their total brand update which today unveiled its new logo, tagline and website to support its evolution as an exclusive real estate firm. The new logo and tagline “Where Floridians Come First” is driven to identify, support and achieve a client’s every need while looking for that special property. Local branding expert Alex Miranda and his team were chosen to lead the rebrand activities to work alongside FFR's marketing team to rebuild and re-launch the website to increase its digital marketing activity and online presence. It was important to build a brand identity that reflected FFR's core values and future strategy. The iconic Miami images used on the website and the marketing materials were supplied by locally based photographers.

Commenting on FFR's rebrand, Broker, Michelle Gonzalez said: “It is important that FFR retains its established values but at the same time develops a new and modern identity. The rebranding exercise will ensure that we get the right message out there. We feel it’s important to let people know what FFR stands for and our new tagline ‘Where the Client is Always First’ signifies the commitment of everyone at FFR to the firm’s clients. The landscape for real estate brokerages is rapidly changing and we recognize the need for change.”
