Meet Michelle:
Michelle Gonzalez is the founder of Floridian First Realty, one of Miami’s premiere boutique brokerage firms. As with all good career stories her love of real estate started young. She would ask her mom to take her to open houses, inquisitively inspecting homes even at such an early age. A Miami native, she loved art deco architecture the most. So, when at age 16 she saw the iconic boarded-up Tides Hotel in South Beach she knew she needed to go into real estate and help save such structural treasures. At the age of 23 she became a real estate licensee later opened Floridian First Realty in 2006 and in 2016 obtained a Master’s in International Real Estate from FIU. Since then this business has stood on the pillars of four things crucial to Michelle: faith, family, food and fitness. An avid foodie and fitness enthusiast she contributes to the Miami food scene as a regular patron of rising chefs and local restaurants. Moreover, she has led her business into the realm of the food and beverage restaurant real estate world having brokered deals for eateries like Amaize, Le Boulangerie, Midnight Cookies & Cream and OMG Brigadeiros. Same goes for fitness! Most recently helping Zumba creator Beto Perez find the perfect space for City Zero, Little Havana’s upcoming fitness megaplex. As for family and faith, well that’s at the core of everything she does. A wife and mother of two Michelle stewards her staff of agents with the same conviction she does her family. It is through Michelle’s years of expertise in the field and implementation of core values that FFR has managed to stay relevant while moving the Miami real estate market forward!
